Rabbi Rachamim Pauli Drasha: Parsha Re'eh, Miracles Galore, Elul, Border Patrol: " Thursday prior to the publication of this Drasha or Blog; my wife invited over an old friend from work and the guests parked their car slightly up the hill. The Toyota gears park in neutral and the handbrakes were not raised fully. We saw the car as they left on the other side of the street near a construction site where there is almost a 12 foot drop until where the neighbors will be building a shelter. The curb stopped the car and no other cars were on the road and no children during that time. And from my standpoint did not crash into my car."
