Enterprise Cloud Spending Set to Double by 2016: Gartner
Enterprise Cloud Spending Set to Double by 2016: Gartner: "tner, wrote in a July 9 research note accompanying the data. “There has been little change in either business confidence or consumer sentiment in the past quarter, so the short-term outlook is for continued caution in IT spending.”
The bulk of that cloud-related spending is for what Gartner terms “business process as a service,” followed by Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS), Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), and Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS).
Overall, Gartner predicts overall spending on IT will increase from $3.5 trillion in 2011 to $3.7 trillion in 2013."

Military Unit Responsible at Waco: " Toward the end of his life, Foster had no sense of joy or elation at work. The Branch Davidian incident near Waco, Tex., was also causing him a great deal of stress. Lisa Foster believes that he was horrified when the Branch Davidian complex burned. Foster believed that everything was his fault.*
BREAKING THE LAW
When asked about how the Delta Force action jibes with the Posse Comitatus Act, which outlaws the use of Army forces to enforce civilian law, Barry said: "That's just it. It doesn't jibe with Posse Comitatus."
A violation of Posse Comitatus is in-deed "a high crime or misdemea-nor," which would be an impeachable felony offense.

America's Subversion The Enemy Within: Chapter 8: "facilitating entity and has led some persons to claim that they themselves have traveled in and out of their own bodies to make distant observations. Similarly, others claim that they themselves can "read" the thoughts of other persons.
As already examined, even proponents of psychic techniques have put research on the table which debunks the electromagnetic brain wave theory of "psychic" information transferal. At the same time, it has been established that psychic "powers" have the capacity to penetrate physical barriers which would limit or prevent the transmission of electromagnetic waves. For persons who are intent on the "if it works, use it" philosophy, the pursuit of psychic powers might not be deterred by the disclosure of such experimental evidence which debunks a materialistic explanation for the "phenomena" of "remote vision" and "mind reading."
